About this method & sources
Origin: This trainer is inspired by classical Islamic spirituality and the writings attributed to Abu Ḥāmid al-Ghazālī (1058–1111 CE). The three-phase rhythm here—purification, heart, and unity—is a practical framing for meditative breathwork aligned with dhikr (remembrance). Exact timings are a modern training aid; adjust gently based on comfort.
